INFORMATION ON ADOPTION OF KITTENS CATS PUPPIES and DOGS
We have had many inquiries into adopting our pit/boxer mix puppies and Bitty's babies. In order to better manage who is requesting which puppy or kitten we ask that you fill out and submit an adoption application and indicate which puppy or kitten you are interested in. You may want to select an alternate in case your first choice has already been spoken for. An application for any of these pets can be found on our home page under the little button that has the dog and cat face. Or if you are local to Flora you can come to the Center to complete one and to do this you need to call 618-662-7297 and make sure there is someone there to help you or make an appointment.
Once your application is approved and the puppy or kitten is available someone from Fur a Good Paws will contact you.
There is a limit of only two puppies or kittens per family. The puppies will be available starting February 24, 2016. Adoption fee for the puppies is $125 each.
It will be a few weeks before the kittens are available for adoption. They are not yet weaned and will not be available until after they are spayed/neutered. Adoption fee for the kittens is $35 each.
All of the above fees for each include s/n, vaccinations, flea treatment deworming and for the cats feline leukemia testing and for the pups heartworm treatment.
Adopt a Rescue Pet. Save a Life.
As a licensed rescue, we have adorable, friendly dogs and cats in our care that need forever homes, and more waiting for our help. Our adoption fees are low to encourage adoptions.
